Wild lettuce (Lactuca virosa), also known as opium lettuce and great lettuce, is an herb native to Central and Southern Europe, but has since spread to many regions of the world. This dried wild lettuce is ideal for making tea. Its effects are similar to opium, but without the addictive side effects. It supports normal sleep.
