Use
Mulungu Tincture is easy to use. You can take it with water or juice.
Recommended Dosage:
- For relaxation and stress relief: Take 3-5 drops, 1 to 2 times a day.
- For a better night's sleep: Usage 5-10 drops 30 minutes before bedtime.
- In case of acute stress or tension: Take 4-6 drops under the tongue for quick recording.
